Please Note: All of our digital 4 color process printing methods (dye-sublimation, heat transfer and direct) utilize specialized computer printers to transfer your image onto our products. This print method uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) ink colors and not pre-mixed PMS inks (which are used in silkscreen and pad printing). Therefore, exact PMS color matching is not possible and we cannot issue credits, refunds or accept returns for an issue relating to a requested PMS color match. Assorted Colors: Minimum assortment per color is 100 pieces and must be in even increments of 100 pieces (sorry, no exceptions).
Less Than Minimum Charge: $60.00(G) plus first column price sorry no EQP, no NQP, plus regular Set Up charge. Absolute minimum is 50% of the first column quantity.
Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship blank. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!).
